Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Nomu account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, trips, places, photos, and settings. This applies whether you use the Nomu app or the web app — it's the same account.

Delete from the app

1. Open Nomu and go to your profile (the You tab).
2. Open Settings → Privacy and data.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The web app has the same option under Profile → Privacy → Delete account.

The 30-day grace period

When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days rather than removed instantly. During this window:

• Your account is deactivated and your data is no longer accessible in the app.
• You can cancel the deletion by signing back in and choosing to keep your account — everything is restored.
• After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Prefer to delete by email?

If you can't access the app, email support@nomu.land from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and process the request, and the same 30-day grace period applies.
